These products have a variety of different claims, but there is little information on the products and how to use them to make a better workout. I am not recommending any products, just providing my review on some of the more effective ones. Please let me know if there is something I missed or should have included. Lactate (Lactic Acid) and glycerol (Lactic Acid/Glycerol) are the two primary sources of energy produced during exercise. Lactic Acid is generated when the body's muscles are stimulated during exercise. This stimulates the release of lactic acid in the muscles, and the body then converts the lactic acid back into glucose and acids. However, Lactic Acid can cause muscle damage and fatigue.
This occurs because it is used to repair damaged muscle tissue.
Glycerol (Glycerol) is the primary energy source for the cells. It is produced when carbohydrates are broken down to sugar by the body. It is used to build muscle. This can be done either by eating carbohydrates or by taking the carbohydrate -rich foods found in foods with high glycemic indexes.
