Protein bars after 3 months: I would NEVER have thought that!

Please note: My reviews for Protein Bars are based on what I see working in my clinical practice. If you are on your own and have other dietary requirements I recommend checking with your doctor before trying any new product. I do my best to describe the ingredients as accurately as possible, but there may be exceptions. If you think that I might have made an error please let me know by leaving a comment. I will not hesitate to correct any inaccuracies, and I will take every reasonable step to help you.

Note: I don't endorse the companies that make the protein bars that I review. I also don't endorse any products that I personally like or would consider purchasing, though I do endorse them for the purpose of helping others find the right protein bars. Note: I use the following terms: Protein bar, protein powder, whey protein, hydrolyzed protein, whey isolate, casein, soy protein isolate, soy protein, casein hydrolysate, soy protein isolate, casein concentrate, whey protein concentrates, soy protein concentrate, whey isolate concentrate, and soy isolate concentrate. If a word is missing, it does not mean that that word does not exist. It is just a matter of how often the word appears in this article.
