There are many ways to quit smoking, but none will stop your craving for cigarettes. A few suggestions: First, quit before you become addicted to them. Quit when you have no tolerance to tobacco smoke and your body can take them without any problem. Second, quit as soon as your addiction to cigarettes gets worse. Don't wait until you have the craving for a cigarette to quit. In fact, quitting too soon can actually be a risk to your health. Third, keep your nicotine habit in check. It's important to stay away from cigarettes for at least 30 days after you quit.
